Adam sustained an injury playing football at the age of 13, and realised how much a small injury can affect mobility. This awakened of his interest in the musculoskeletal system and led to him the study of Sports Therapy.
Since studying at University of Gloucestershire, he has worked in several injury clinics, using sports massage as a way to help patients recover and return to the sport or activity they love. Seeing positive reactions after a massage gives him great sense of fulfilment and pride.
Clinical Interests
Using massages to help reduce muscle tightness along with aches and pains to aid clients with their fitness journey or general well-being.
Experience
Treating sports injuries as well as aches and pains, working in sport for a high level academy.
