Dan Lezar
MSc (Pre-Reg) Physiotherapy
Physiotherapy
Dan is a graduate from Birmingham City University with a MSc in Physiotherapy. Dan also completed his undergraduate training at Cardiff Metropolitan University in Sports Conditioning, Rehabilitation and Massage.
Dan has previously worked with Newport Gwent Dragons, Gloucestershire County Cricket Club & Cardiff University Super Rugby Team; working as a physiotherapist, sport therapist and as a pitch side assistant.
Additionally, Dan has also worked in the NHS and elite sport as a physiotherapist which has enabled him to work with the general population and professional sports athletes, focusing on a variety of acute and chronic conditions.
These experiences have given Dan a depth of knowledge around acute and chronic management of a variety of pathologies and treatments that assist pain relief, manual therapy, exercise prescription and guidance on self-management.
Dan’s focus is to always try get patients back to their full health and returning patients to their everyday activities, pain free.
