Manos qualified as a Physiotherapist from Technological Educational Institute (TEI) of Sterea Ellada, Greece, in 2013 and completed his Masters Degree in Management 2015.
Since qualifying Manos has worked within the NHS, private practice in Greece and in the UK. Manos has a keen interest in biomechanical dysfunctions and adopts an individualised problem solving approach to each patient. Exercise forms are an integral part of Manos' practice and he also utilises instrument assisted soft tissue mobilisation (IASTM), acupuncture and manual therapy techniques.
Manos has a strong sporting pedigree predominantly in water polo, representing Greek teams at junior through to senior level. His sports rehabilitation background has been invaluable when working alongside active patients in swimming, running, water polo and triathlon. Manos is focused on assisting his clients to function at their peak, both athletically and in day to day life. He is passionate about well-being as a combination of how we move, eat and think. He aims to help his clients identify any and all stresses in these area to empower them to achieve their health, fitness and lifestyle goals.
