Senior Physiotherapist

Following Graduating from my MSc in Physiotherapy, I had the opportunity to work as a Physiotherapist at an Elite Sporting Independent School - Millfield. This has permitted my great understanding of the physiological demands in combination with the psychological pressures associated with sporting injuries.

I am a competitive Netball player, being part of the Welsh Development Squad, and 1st Team’s Netball team’s at University. I had the Honour of being 1st Team Captain during my time at Oxford Brookes University. In addition to my competitive netball career, I have also competed at club level for both Hockey and Rowing. Most recently I have become a keen runner competing in 10k’s, Half marathon’s with a goal to complete a Marathon in 2022/2023.

Even when I am not competing in sport, I like to keep physically active, often jetting off for a ski holiday in France/ Austria.

BSc Sport and Exercise Science degree (Swansea University 2019), MSc Physiotherapy degree (Oxford Brookes University 2021). Level 3 Extended Diploma in Sport Massage, Advanced Level Medical Management.
Graduate role in Millfield School working with multi-sport paedatrics elite athletes, spending time with athletes with short term acute injuries and long term injuries
Musculoskeletal Prevention and Rehabilitation, Promotion of Health and Well-being in enhancing quality of life, Paedatrics Sporting Injuries./ growth and development. Clinical Placements with the NHS throughout my training, including Musculoskeletal Outpatients, Neurological Rehabilitation, Paedatric Orthopaedics, and care of the elderly in an acute setting and in the community.
