- Jen qualified with first class honours in physiotherapy from the University of the West of England in July 2020. She is also qualified to Level 3 Sports Massage Therapy and has qualifications in sports and kinesiology taping. Before training as a physiotherapist, Jen qualified from the University of Birmingham with BSc Hons in Psychology in 2014.
- Alongside her degree, Jen has been practising as a sports massage therapist for a wide variety of clients. She has also developed her soft tissue skills through working with a local rugby club for the last two seasons, to whom she provided match-day support and pitch-side first aid, as well as assisting with injury rehab during training sessions. Prior to beginning her training as a physiotherapist, Jen spent 3 years working as a ski instructor in Canada where she developed her coaching and communication skills in a frequently challenging environment.
- Jen’s clinical interests centre around helping people to meet their physical activity goals - whether that’s walking to the local shop or running a marathon – through a mixture of education and advice, exercise prescription and hands-on techniques.
- A keen outdoors adventurer, Jen enjoys spending her free time climbing, running, hiking, skiing and snowboarding.
