Having being involved in the Health & Fitness Industry for over 10 years, I have gained a vast amount of knowledge and experience.
Previously experiencing Injuries and having to go through Treatment and Rehabilitation myself, This has given me a wider prospective of what it takes to get back to full fitness and stay Injury free.
I have learned how to keep myself and other people Injury free. I now know how important it is to keep yourself in good condition, both Physically but just as importantly mentally.
