Kirsty Atter

Sports Injury Therapist
Kirsty has always been interested in sport, and aspired to rehabilitate individuals back to full fitness. As an athlete herself, she has endured many injuries, and these sparked her interest in anatomy, injuries and their treatment. She was an ice skater for 15 years and competed in the Wight Jewels synchronised skating team. She represented Team GB and was part of the team that became National Champions on multiple occasions, as well as representing Team GB at the 2012 World Championships. Before university she worked within the care sector and has 6 years experience working with various clientele ranging from elderly to young adults with learning disabilities. In 2021 Kirsty graduated from the University of Chichester. She specialises in musculoskeletal injuries and conditions, their treatment and rehabilitation. She has treated athletes, dancers, healthcare professionals, gym goers, construction workers and desk workers, as well as working pitch side with netball, football and rugby teams.
