Born and raised in Jersey, Max is an active individual whose main hobbies include weightlifting, crossfit, and hiking. He also has a love of cooking that comes from his childhood, inspired by his parents Irish and Portuguese heritage.

Max has a keen interest in disorders relating to the specific mechanics of the upper neck and jaw, as well as the management of acute Sciatica. In addition, Max is undertaking postgraduate research investigating the causes and management for back and pelvis pain related to pregnancy.
