Other Interests: As a knowledgeable and competitive equestrian, I am passionate about rider biomechanics and injury rehabilitation, with an interest in how, as a rider, we can promote the horse’s performance through the correct use of our body. Alongside our small equestrian facility, I lead an active, outdoor lifestyle; engaging with the great outdoors through hiking, wild swimming, trail running, wild camping and skiing. I am also an avid digester of scientific and medical non-fiction and I will always optimise my commute with podcasts and audible books, with a particular interest in evolutionary biology/medicine.
