We have worked with athletes, actors, dancers, teachers and everyone else in-between. We believe a regular practice will help you look better, feel better and put the spring back in your step.

Core strength, back and abdominals

The core muscles of the body are the deep muscles of the back, abdomen, and pelvic floor. These are the muscles we rely on to support a strong, supple back, good posture, and efficient movement patterns. When the core is strong, the frame of the body is supported. This means the neck and shoulders can relax, and the rest of the muscles and joints are freed to do their jobs, not more.

We teach pilates classes from our fully equipped studios across our network of healthcare centres. Classes are limited to a small number of people to ensure that everyone receives an abundance of focus from the instructor. This improves the quality of instruction and accelerates our clients’ progression.

Private one-to-one classes available

As well as our group pilates classes, we offer one-to-one pilates classes that are tailored to your individual needs. A one-to-one class costs £45. These sessions are available on request and must be booked in advance.

This improves the quality of instruction and accelerates our clients’ progression.

All our instructors are chartered members of their relevant professional associations and their credentials include:

  • STOTT Pilates Certified Matwork Instructor
  • BSc (Hons) Exercise & Sport Sciences
  • BSc (Hons) Sports Therapy
  • Member of Society of Sports Therapists
  • Graduate Sports Therapist (GST)
  • Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilisation

Classes from just £8

Six week block booking is available for £48, just £8 a class. Alternatively, you can purchase a six-class pass for £66 (£11 per class). 

The six week block booking option is valid for six consecutive weekly classes. The six class pass is valid for six months from the date of purchase.

Private one-to-one classes available

As well as our group Pilates classes, we offer  one-to-one Pilates classes that are tailored to your individual needs. A one-to-one class costs £45. These sessions are available on request and must be booked in advance.
