With extensive experience in private practice and professional rugby across New Zealand and the UK, I bring a wealth of knowledge and a personal touch to physiotherapy. I hold a post-graduate diploma in Sport and Exercise Medicine and have dedicated my career to helping people overcome physical challenges.
Growing up in New Zealand, an active lifestyle was second nature. Like many, I experienced my share of injuries, giving me first-hand insight into the physical and mental hurdles that come with recovery. These experiences ignited my passion for helping others reclaim their lives after injury.
