For over ten years, Pilates has been at the centre of my work and passion. To me, Pilates is far more than exercise — it is a way of moving, thinking and living. I have trained in both matwork and reformer Pilates with experienced local clinicians and internationally recognised providers including STOTT Pilates and BASI Pilates. This has allowed me to develop a thoughtful and adaptable teaching style that blends different techniques to support each individual. My areas of particular interest include pelvic floor health, menopause and women’s wellbeing, and breast cancer recovery and rehabilitation. Like many people, I first discovered Pilates following an injury that meant stepping away from high-impact sport. Through Pilates, I found a way to rebuild strength while supporting recovery. Today, my aim is to help clients reconnect with their bodies, building strength, balance and confidence through mindful, guided movement that supports the body at every stage of life.
