About Me I grew up as a competitive dancer, which gave me a strong understanding of movement, coordination, and how the body works under physical pressure. Training from a young age taught me discipline and the importance of looking after your body to perform at your best. These early experiences naturally led to my interest in physiotherapy and massage and continue to shape the way I work with patients today.
I understand the frustration that comes with injury and the importance of a personalised, goal-oriented approach to recovery. Whether someone is returning to sport, managing a long-term condition, or just trying to move more comfortably in daily life, I aim to make rehabilitation both effective and achievable.
My background in dance also helps me appreciate the role of posture, balance, and movement quality, which I often integrate into treatment plans to support long-term recovery and help patients feel confident.
Clinical Interests
I have a strong clinical interest in musculoskeletal health particularly in the assessment, treatment, and rehabilitation of knee conditions, using a combination of soft tissue therapy and targeted exercise to optimise recovery, improve function and prevent re-injury.

I have untaken voluntary massage roles since qualifying in 2024
