Ellie Gribben

Graduate Physiotherapist

From a young age, my passion for sports ignited an interest in injury prevention and rehabilitation. Competing in various sports helped me understand the vital role physiotherapy plays in keeping the body strong and resilient. This led me to pursue a career in physiotherapy, and I graduated from the University of Winchester with a BSc in Physiotherapy in 2024.

I am a proud member of the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) and the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (CSP).

My recent experience includes pitch-side physiotherapy for football and rugby teams, and I have a strong interest in musculoskeletal injuries and neurological pathologies. I am deeply committed to helping individuals prioritize their health and well-being.

Whether through sharing knowledge, offering encouragement, or creating a supportive environment, I believe everyone deserves the tools and guidance to feel their best. Feeling good is the foundation for living fully, and I am dedicated to supporting others on their journey to optimal health in ways that work best for them.
