Having been deeply involved in sports from a young age and reaching a high competitive level, I have developed a first-hand appreciation for the critical role sports massage plays in recovery and injury prevention. This experience has not only provided me with a profound understanding of the physical and mental demands athletes face but has also sharpened my ability to tailor treatments to individual needs.
Through years of training and competition, I have learned to identify the subtle signs of overuse and strain, enabling me to approach each treatment session with precision and care. My practical experience in sports has allowed me to connect with clients on a deeper level, empathizing with their challenges and crafting recovery plans that enhance performance and overall well-being.
