Hi, I’m Giorgia, Naturopath and Massage Therapist. I began my studies in Naturopathy and Complementary techniques in Italy, initially inspired by a chiropractor who adjusted my mother's shoulder, enabling her to avoid surgery, and then by having personally experienced their benefits during my recovery from an injury.
Outside of work, I try to maintain an active lifestyle practicing fitness and bodybuilding, and I consider myself an enthusiastic Tai chi beginner. In my free time I enjoy nature walks, figurative drawing, take care of a small indoor garden and bake protein cakes
Qualifications
Qualified sports massage therapist with ISRM and CNHC and GCRN General Council and Register of Naturopaths

With over 14 years of experience, I have had the privilege of working with sports associations, wellness centres, and clinics both locally and internationally. My approach is rooted in holistic principles, tailoring each session to help the body restore its natural balance and harmony.
