About Me
I began my career as a Sports Massage Therapist in 2004. I hold qualifications in Sports Injuries and Massage through the APNT (Association of Physical and Natural Therapists) and have also earned a Fitness Instructor qualification with the WABBA (World Amateur Body Building Association). In addition, I’ve studied Mat Pilates (advanced level) with Future Fit Training.

To continually enhance my skills, I’ve completed courses in joint mobilization and manipulation, myofascial release, and pregnancy massage. I’ve also taken part in the mentorship program at the 'Prosport Academy' to refine my expertise further.

With years of experience working with clients of all ages, I focus on using applied anatomy to create bespoke treatment plans. These plans help clients recover from injuries and postural issues while addressing pain caused by compensatory movements or dysfunctions. My treatments include deep tissue massage, stretch work, manipulation, and rehabilitation advice. I also offer general massage services.

My interest in human anatomy, physiology, and how the body works has always driven my passion for this field. I find it fascinating to explore ways to help the body and mind function optimally. I am committed to helping others through a personalized approach, combining my love of sports and staying active.

I’m registered with the BCMA (British Complementary Medicine Association) and adhere to their strict code of ethics and conduct.
