Jack Bowerman

Senior Physiotherapist
Qualifications
BSc Physiotherapy (University of the West of England, 2020). BSc Exercise and Sports Sciences (University of Exeter, 2017)
Experience
Throughout his studies, Jack has gained experience working in a variety of physiotherapy environments, ranging from acute inpatient respiratory and neurology wards to specialist musculoskeletal outpatient care both within the NHS and privately. Alongside my studies, I have also worked as a specialist musculoskeletal Exercise Instructor in a busy NHS outpatient environment, treating people of all ages with different functional and performance goals. Within this role, Jack worked both independently on a one-to-one basis with his patients as well as leading group classes for chronic back pain, ACL rehab and ESCAPE Pain (Osteoarthritis group exercise classes).

Sports injury prevention and rehabilitation, strength, and conditioning, restoring function
Sporting Interest
Passionate about sport and fitness, in his spare time Jack enjoys to play football. Jack even takes time to assist fellow players with injury prevention and rehabilitation, build his own strength and conditioning, and helps people to achieve their goals and full potential.
