I’m a Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist with experience across both NHS and private practice. My clinical interests include shoulder rehabilitation, sports injury rehabilitation, neurological and neuromuscular physiotherapy, and holistic approaches to improving health and wellbeing.
My interest in physiotherapy began while working as a Rehabilitation Assistant within a tertiary healthcare provider specialising in neurological rehabilitation. Working as part of a multidisciplinary team sparked my passion for helping people regain independence and return to their familiar ways of living.
I completed my MSc in Physiotherapy at the University of Lincoln in 2024 before working in primary and secondary care within the NHS across Portsmouth and Hampshire. During this time, I gained experience in musculoskeletal physiotherapy, neurological rehabilitation, mental health and inpatient rehabilitation.
I now work in private practice, where I enjoy building strong relationships with patients and providing personalised care focused on recovery, prevention and long-term wellbeing.
