I am a 2025 graduate from the University of the West of England, based in Bristol. Throughout my degree, I gained valuable experience in a variety of settings, including working within the NHS and providing pitch-side support for rugby and football teams.
Alongside my academic background, I hold an Extended Level 3 Diploma in Sports Massage, which has become a key tool in supporting clients through their recovery and rehabilitation.
Outside the clinic, I’m passionate about staying active — whether that’s training in the gym or playing rugby, where I have competed up to the Women’s Championship Level 2. My personal experience in both sports has given me a deep understanding of the recovery process and the importance of returning safely to the activities you love. This perspective shapes my approach to rehabilitation: goal-driven, personalised, and focused on empowering every client to achieve their best outcome.
