About Me
As a physiotherapist, I am passionate about empowering patients to regain strength, mobility, and confidence through personalized rehabilitation. My approach integrates evidence-based practices with personal experience, as I’ve navigated challenges such as Juvenile Rheumatoid Arthritis and recovered from multiple musculoskeletal injuries. This journey has shaped my commitment to comprehensive, individualized care.
Outside of work, I find joy in nature and staying active through hiking, running, strength training, and Pilates. Movement is essential not only for physical health but also for mental well-being, providing balance and renewal in my daily life.
This personal connection to movement informs my approach to patient care, allowing me to understand the physical and emotional aspects of recovery. I strive to bring empathy, insight, and a tailored approach to every treatment plan, helping patients achieve their goals and embrace a healthier, more active lifestyle.

Expereince
In my previous role in private practice, I supported patients of all ages in achieving their rehabilitation goals, focusing on MSK injuries, pre- and post-operative recovery, chronic pain, and sports-related injuries. I also worked with recreational and amateur athletes, including runners, basketball, and football players, guiding them from injury assessment to return-to-sport. Additionally, as a certified Pilates instructor, I have taught equipment and mat classes in rehabilitation and fitness settings across Germany and Estonia.
