Physiotherapist

Sport has always been a central part of my life. From competing in county-level netball to athletics at city level, I developed a strong appreciation for fitness, resilience, and teamwork from a young age. However, being a little injury-prone meant I spent a fair bit of time on the physio table myself! These early experiences not only kept me on the court and track but also sparked my passion for physiotherapy — showing me firsthand the power of rehabilitation in getting people back to doing what they love.

Before university, I gained four years of experience working as a physiotherapy assistant in a private sports injury clinic. This hands-on role gave me valuable insight into patient care and further confirmed my commitment to the profession.

I graduated from the University of Brighton in 2025 with a BSc (Hons) in Physiotherapy. During my degree, I completed a diverse range of clinical placements, including acute stroke, trauma and orthopaedics, vascular and leadership, community paediatrics, and musculoskeletal outpatients.

My key areas of interest include musculoskeletal physiotherapy, sports injury rehabilitation and prevention, and neuro-rehabilitation. I’m passionate about delivering personalised care — focusing on restoring movement, building resilience, and empowering individuals to reach their goals.

I continue to stay active through regular gym sessions and 5K/10K training, keeping that competitive spirit alive. My personal and professional journey gives me a deep understanding of the challenges and rewards of rehabilitation, and I’m committed to supporting every client in achieving long-term health, performance, and wellbeing.
