I am a rehabilitation-focused personal trainer and qualified Pilates teacher, working within the field of musculoskeletal physiotherapy. My approach centres on helping people move with confidence, build strength safely, and recover from injury through tailored, evidence-based exercise.
Alongside my professional training, I have competed as a powerlifter, which has given me a deep appreciation for the discipline, resilience, and joy that come from getting stronger. As a busy mum of two, I understand firsthand the challenge of balancing family life with personal health and wellbeing. My goal is to show that with the right support, it is possible to prioritise your physical and mental health, stay strong, and achieve your goals—no matter how full life feels.
I’m passionate about empowering others to discover their own strength, move without pain, and build habits that support a healthy, sustainable lifestyle.
