I am a Soft Tissue Therapist with a BSc (Hons) in Sport Rehabilitation, alongside Level 3 Massage and Level 2 PHICIS qualifications. I have gained valuable practical experience through a six-week placement at BCWFC and six months working as a Sports Therapist at Back2Action and Back2Action FC. I specialise in soft tissue massage and am a member of BASRAT, with a strong focus on supporting recovery, rehabilitation, and injury prevention. My passion for this field developed from my own experiences with sports injuries while playing football. I have played for over 14 years, including time at Bristol City Women Academy, which gave me a clear understanding of how vital effective treatment is for maintaining a healthy and active lifestyle. I am dedicated to helping clients return to full function, whether that’s in everyday life or sport.
