Sports Injury & Massage Therapist
I have two years of experience in paediatric rehabilitation and six months in a student-run injury clinic, giving me a broad understanding of the unique needs of clients across all ages and abilities. My work in paediatric rehabilitation particularly strengthened my communication and coaching skills. Drawing on my sports therapy background, I am trained in a wide range of treatment modalities. In sports massage, I take a personalised approach—focusing on client education and empowering self-management through exercise and mobility—ensuring the benefits extend well beyond the hands-on treatment I provide.
