Zoe Parsons

Massage Therapist

I hold a BSc (Hons) in Sports Therapy from the University of Gloucestershire. Since graduating, I’ve gained extensive experience working across a range of contact sports, including rugby union, rugby league, and American football. This has given me valuable insight into the sport-specific demands placed on the body, allowing me to better understand which muscles and movement patterns are most at risk based on an athlete’s role and position.

Alongside my sports experience, I have also worked within a private clinical setting, treating clients of all ages and activity levels—both athletes and non-athletes. I take a personalised approach to every treatment, tailoring care to each individual’s goals, lifestyle, and circumstances.

As a netball player with more than 12 years of experience, I have personally navigated a variety of injuries. This has strengthened my appreciation for the importance of sports massage in recovery, performance, and overall wellbeing—and it’s a benefit I’m passionate about sharing with others.
