Rachael had previously role as a physiotherapist in an acute NHS setting for 3 years, working in many different specialties, cultivating an interest in trauma and orthopaedics, post-surgical rehab and specialising in musculoskeletal physiotherapy.
She likes to take a holistic approach with patients to break down any barriers to rehab and create a treatment plan that works for them and their lifestyle, ensuring person-centered, individualised care.
Rachael is also a yoga teacher, having studied in India, and teaches hatha yoga, yin yoga and power yoga, as well as having a special interest in pre and post partum yoga, exercise and recovery.
Outside of work, Rachael also enjoys swimming, running and has completed half marathons, giving her a deeper understanding of training needs and injury recovery in runners.
