I am a BASRaT-registered Sport Rehabilitator with experience working across a range of sporting environments, particularly within grassroots and semi-professional rugby teams. I specialise in the assessment, treatment, and rehabilitation of sports-related injuries, combining hands-on manual therapy with tailored rehabilitation programmes to support recovery and performance.
Alongside my clinical work, I have extensive pitch-side experience providing first aid, injury management, player assessments, and rehabilitation planning for athletes across rugby and other sports. I have also supported sporting events with pre- and post-event sports massage and recovery treatments.
Having participated in sport throughout my life, including Muay Thai training camps during university, I understand the physical demands sport places on the body and the importance of effective recovery and injury prevention. My own experience in sport helps me relate to patients at all levels, from recreational athletes to competitive players.
I hold a BSc (Hons) in Sport Rehabilitation and additional qualifications in Level 4 Sports Massage, Personal Training, and Pitch-Side Trauma Care. I am also continuing my professional development through advanced study in strength and conditioning and athletic performance nutrition.
I am passionate about helping people return to activity confidently, whether recovering from injury, improving performance, or managing ongoing musculoskeletal issues.
